First and foremost I am a foodie, so my idea of healthy food is not salad leaves and lentils I assure you. So believe me, I have designed this course with a passion for food.

Fortunately science has at last proven beyond any doubt food is the most vital factor for quality and longevity of life. I am glad to see that food and nutrition are finally feasted together.

Wholesome real food is the best way to achieve maximum nutrition for our bodies, not through supplements. Delicious tasty recipes are the key to staying with this worthy mantra. If food becomes punitive and boring we are more likely fall off the bandwagon and begin to pick up the old bad habits of convenience foods that are low in nutritional value and make you feel sluggish rather than giving you energy.

On our 1 day nutritional cookery class we will demonstrate how to eat well, and feel good about food. We will teach you to cook simple, exciting dishes using everyday ingredients that contain great nutritional value, that has a healing effect on the body and protects it from harm and ugly modern diseases. Our recipes are for modern living, to be used everyday day so that you can realistically incorporate them into your life.
