"A wonderful day and loved the whole experience, I really enjoyed learning to blend the spice and create wonderful flavours – I never thought I could do that. The class was very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a great kitchen . I'd like to know more about the advanced Indian class please, availability etc..."

"A really interesting day, I learnt a lot about spices even though I've been cooking curries for 20 years and discovered that I actually like coriander. Overall I had an excellent day, much better than I had anticipated so really well done. Hopefully my son and I will come back for the advanced class in the summer."
