In this class we focus on the joys of healthy vegetarian food, it’s not all green beans so let us challenge your perception about vegetarian food and come and learn about the fresh flavours and ingredients in our 1 day cookery class.
You will learn how to cook nutritious vegetarian meals that can help get the most of your vegetarian lifestyle. Our cookery classes provide information on the health benefits of herbs and spices and lots of useful tips when preparing food inspiring you to extend your repertoire.
All our classes are hands-on and delegates will actually make their own dishes. Our classes are small with just 5 delegates per group and lots of one to one attention. The class lasts approximately 6 hours.
