This follow up cookery class is part 2 of the 1 day indian cookery range. A comprensive classed designed to get into the depths of real Indian cuisine as cooked by Indian chef’s and cooks. Not for the faint hearted this is a real baptism of fire and cookathon. Monk fish in Nigella seeds and lime leaves, Pan fried Okra with feneugreek and Cinnamon spring lamb…. need i say anymore! This is a real feast for the appetite and desire to learn.

I’ve cooked several of the dishes we learned on the class and they have turned out really well, my family and friends are so impressed. This course was a really good investment and no more jars….. thanks also to Kumud for being a great coach.
