This one day thai cookery classes is a great beginning to start entertaining Thai style. A full meal and lots of canapes or starters are taught in this class which is entirely hands on and small group based sessions. Thanks for a great day – the family very much enjoyed the 4 courses I took home. It was great to get your hints and tips for preparing in advance to take the hassle out of preparing an authentic thai meal. I fear that our local Thai restaurant will be missing our custom …..

Howdy,
I just wanted to let you know that I have been reading for a while and I would like to sign up for the feed. I’ll give it a try but I will need some assistance. This is a great find and I would hate to lose touch, and maybe never discover it again.
