This have day spice trail is dedicated to the exploration of spices from all regions of the world. In this class we will examine the medicianal and herbal values of the spices and how they can be used in cooking to great effect. Very beneficial to those with common ailments that can be cured through the herb garden and spice cupboard.

I attended this class and i have to say I have absolutely bowled over. I have implemented so many of the spice tips and used so many of the recipes and suggestions we discovered on the class and they are fantastic. This really is a great class for those who want to learn all about spices and herbs and how to cook with them effectively. Thank you you’re a very good teacher. Talia Kennedy

Thats some quality fundamentals there, already know some of that, but you can always learn more. I doubt a “kid” could put together such information as dolphin278 suggested. Maybe he’s just trying to be “controversial? lol

Good points…I would note that as someone who really doesn’t write on blogs much (in fact, this may be my first post), I don’t think the term “lurker” is very flattering to a non-posting reader. It’s not your fault really , but perhaps the blogosphere could come up with a better, non-creepy name for the 90% of us that enjoy reading the posts.
