I have to say – this class is highly recommended, my husband is never one to enthuse about anything but he came home from this cookery class, completely motivated to cook dinner and re arrange our spice cupboard and go shopping for a whole new set of spices. And he has cooked 3 times since Saturday, this is amazing. Thank you you’ve really sparked an interest and he’s been hinting about the day 2 course that’s available. I’m very happy because I bought him a present that he’s really loved. Many thanks- I highly recommend this to everyone.
