Cookery Teambuilding Events
We’re putting on a gourmet challenge today and helping to create team connection and communication with food. It’s going to be a demanding and highly engaging afternoon whilst five teams battle it out to become the masterchef team of the company. The client objective is to bond, work together and co operate with each other to achieve a common goal.
Through our Ready Steady Cookery Team building events we can demonstrate how a group of people who don’t usually work together, can come together and be motivated, highly effective, performing together, to get to the end of their challenge. If they can do this to create a complicated 3 course meal , outside of their comfort zone, then they can easily do this in their own work place.
