In each of our cookery classes we take you on a culinary journey that crosses continents. Our extensive range of classes transcends boundaries and encompasses a huge range of tastes, textures, flavours and sensations. In our classes you'll learn to cook using all of your senses, creating dishes that are exciting to the mind, joyful to the palette and satisfying to the soul.

From Beginner to Advanced

We teach people regardless of ability: from those that don’t know how to fry an egg through to some of the UK’s top chefs, we offer courses that are ideal for you. Our fundamental principle is that our cookery classes are small (max 6 people), entirely hands on, so that you can easily recreate the dishes at home in your own environment.

We dispel the myth that cooking is complicated by making it fun and practical with lots of helpful hints and tips about food management, storage, knife skills and practical shopping.

Whether you choose a one to one method of learning or group classes the experience will be entirely practical, no jargon or knowledge assumed with printed and electronic notes and recipes; we provide all the ingredients and equipment.
