If you yearn to adventure past the age-old trinity of burgers, bangers and barbecue wings, then you’ll want to attend our one day barbecue masterclass.

We will help you to master the art of marinating ingredients to give you tender, delicious dishes from everyday cuts of meat such as chicken, lamb, game, fish and fabulous vegetarian options.  We will also show you how to prepare all the trimmings that make a great barbecue event.

On this one day barbecue cookery class we will teach you how to plan and create an amazing alfresco dining experience to elevate your culinary skills on the grill to new heights.

The ‘hands on’ experience of actually cooking your own dishes under our expert supervision means that you will have the confidence to repeat the dishes at home with ease.  By the end of the day you’ll be set up to wow your family and friends over the summer with your juicy meat and flare over an open flame.

Impress your friends by recreating dishes such as:

Argentinian beef with chimichurri sauce

Mango and red pepper salsa

Watercress dip with new potatoes

Lemongrass and lime “mocktail”

Learn proper meat preparation and seasoning, all the way through to the perfect sauces and accompaniments to compliment the succulent chicken, fish and game dishes you’ll cook with us.

Build confidence roasting, baking and searing on a course that incorporates everything from traditional recipes, to our signature spiced take on classic dishes.

We’ll ensure that you are proficient in:

  • How to cook high risk ingredients safely on an exposed grill
  • How to master the temperature control on a barbecue
  • Food hygiene and cross contamination
  • Perfectly cooked succulent meats
  • A range of accompanying side dishes and salads
  • Tantalising vegetarian options for the meat free eater
