Well I’ve been really busy in the kitchen today, experimenting with a new marinade/rub for lamb, just to finsh off the range really.
It’s been quite a challenge to be honest! I’ve tested several versions, each seems to work differently with a different application. Kofta’s, burgers, minced lamb, a roast! I’ve had to call in the testers, gregarious carnivors to test raw, cooked, pink….. BBQ’d, roasted, grilled… I’m all lambed out.
I’m teaching a One day Indian class tomorrow so maybe I’ll get them to taste too……..
Back on the case on Wednesday though!
