We are an international cookery and Wellness Academy that teaches people and organisations how to prepare and cook food for wellness and nutritional health. We are unique in our approach to cookery by putting ingredients and their beneficial health properties at the heart of everything we teach.
We believe that food is the foundation of good health, and we are dedicated to educating our clients on how to use food to promote wellness and vitality. Our background and experience are steeped in science, nutrition, chemistry and wellbeing, as well as promoting great food and flavour. It is from this perspective that we have grown our business from strength to strength.
In addition to our cookery classes, we also offer a range of corporate services, including coaching in wellness, team-building for leadership and development and food innovation. We work with many food manufacturers and agencies in food development to create healthy, flavoursome, and innovative products that meet the needs of today’s health-conscious consumers.
Our work is about understanding nutrition and helping others to incorporate healthy outcomes through careful recipe development and flavour creatives. Our team of food scientists, nutritionists, and chefs are experienced in creating delicious and nutritious meals and explaining the latest science behind the food choices. They are up to date with research and thinking on topics such as gut health, nutritional eating, dairy-free, gluten-free diets, keto, paleo, and vegetable-based diets.
Our insight into the world of herbs, spices, and the alchemy of food comes from generations of spice blenders and chemists. Our affiliated company, The Saffron House spice company, is a multi-award-winning producer of high-quality pure spices and spice blends. Our spices are free of chemicals and available to purchase either at the end of a cooking class or from our online shop.
