Transport yourself to the Bake Off tent with our Bake-Off challenge!

Under the watchful eye of our executive chef teams will work together to re create the set recipes to the best of their abilities. Each recipe is designed to test a variety of skills from fluffy cakes to crispy pastry, in order to create a wonderful afternoon tea.

Our tried and tested recipes will guide the delegates through each challenge and our chefs will be there to prevent soggy bottoms!

Working in small groups, each person is responsible for a component of the afternoon tea which they must put together as a team. Working together as a team will be essential and during the project planning they will be able to identify the appropriate skills to complete the challenge and win. After the cooking, the food is presented to the chefs who judge the food based on criteria such as presentation, taste, and teamwork. Everybody then sits down to enjoy the desserts they have cooked with some tea and coffee. A winning team is announced and an award ceremony takes place.
