I am delighted to announce that 2 of our spice blends have been awarded ‘Gold’ taste awards by the ‘Guild of Fine foods’.
It is an amazing accolade to win achieve a Gold taste award in the very first year that we have entered.
The Chilli & Fennel spice blend has beena long time favourite of mine, closely followed by the Garlic & Black pepper. Whilst our customers have always been so taken with the flavours we teach in The academy it is a fabulous honour for Industry judges to also share those flavours and award us a Gold taste award. It is great to think that other senior food experts recognise the great flavours of these spice blends.
Both of the spice blends are popular with local deli’s and butchers where they are sold to accompany raw meats, or used as a flavour base for sausages. Our Sage & fennel spice blend is particular popular with pork products and used by a number of farm shops & butchers.
