Today we’re running our Sushi master class. Two and half hour intense master class on the fine art of making sushi and cutting sashimi. This master class will show you how to prepare all the ingredients as well as cutting and trimming the fish.
Then you will go on to have one to one sessions of making your own sushi rolls – of all kinds! be prepared – this is a hands on class and you’ll get lots of practise to make perfect sushi rolls.

Come with an appetite – you’ll be eating sushi rolls and sashimi throughout the entire time and still have plenty to take home. If you’re a Saki virgin…. then you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy a glass or two.
