This immune building smoothie is packed with powerful vitamins and antioxidants that will provide you with plenty of energy in the morning…or refresh after a workout!
Ingredients
- 1 Green Apple
- Fresh ginger to taste, unpeeled
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 300 ml of water
Instructions
- Add to a blender and blend until smooth (15 to 20 seconds)
