Immune Building Smoothie


Nothing quite like a fresh green smoothie in the morning to start your day with a kick of energy! It’s great to regularly clean out our gut just as much as we cleanse our bodies on the outside.

This immune building smoothie is packed with powerful vitamins and antioxidants that will provide you with plenty of energy in the morning…or refresh after a workout!


  • 1 Green Apple
  • Fresh ginger to taste, unpeeled
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 300 ml of water


  1. Add to a blender and blend until smooth (15 to 20 seconds)
  2. Enjoy!
