This is a short and sweet version of our One Day Indian Cooking class, but you’ll receive the same attention to detail and personalised tutoring.
We’ll give you an introduction to fundamentals of proper spice blending – so you have a complete understanding of the use of spices and the essence of Indian cooking – and you’ll still get to walk away with the wholesome, delicious food you have made at the end of the day.
This cookery class is a real hands-on experience for those of you who want to get down to some spice blending and understanding the essence of Indian food. Dishes covered include a chilli and fennel spice blend for chicken kebabs, Bombay potatoes, chana masala curry and the ubiquitous raita with a fresh and zingy side salad, providing the platform to build your culinary skills in all types of Indian cooking. Alternative recipes will be included for any dietary needs.
No previous cooking knowledge is needed, just a desire to cook and learn!
