If you are after a hands-on cooking experience our one day nutritional class Our one day nutritional cooking class is an introduction to healthy cooking that enables you to incorporate the healthiest foods into exciting and tasty recipes in a non-technical and uncomplicated way. The class starts of by looking at the importance of certain nutrient groups in our diet and examines how to cook with nutrient dense ingredients to optimise our calorific intake.
If you would like to more fully understand nutrition choose our ‘The Alcemy of Food’ class. In this class our chef and food scientist will present an in-depth analysis of the everyday herbs, spices and ingredients that should be incorporated into our daily diet to stimulate the body’s natural defence mechanisms and improve gut microbiome diversity. We delve beneath the flavour benefits of herbs and spices to examine their organic qualities and discover the true “reasons to season”.
