Here at The Cooking Academy we specialise in teaching individuals who would prefer a bespoke programme delivered on a one to one basis for dietary purposes, to build confidence in the kitchen or as a special gift to share the joy of cooking with an expert. From Indian, Thai, and Japanese to Middle Eastern and nutritional food, all of our classes are available on a one to one (or one to few) basis for your own exclusive learning and enjoyment. Or we can design a class uniquely capturing the cuisine of your choice.

Classes can take place at The Cooking Academy or in the familiar surroundings of your own kitchen. You can purchase a private one to one cookery class as a voucher and gift it to that special someone so they can discover the joys of cooking too.

Itinerary

• Review and understand the learning objectives
• Design and develop a recipe plan
• Introduction to chosen cuisine and recipes
• Ingredients to cook the recipes
• Explanation of all the spices and why they are used in the chosen cuisine, flavour, tone and characteristic in food, when to use, what to use and how
• Teach the recipes, hands on cookery
• Cook, taste and review enjoy the results with others
• A full recipe pack
• 2 week follow up to ensure the learning objectives have been met and reinforced
