Our Classes

We run a wide range of cookery classes, teaching cuisines and culinary specialties from across the world. We are unique in our approach to cookery by putting the nutritional value of ingredients and their beneficial health properties at the heart of everything we teach. Our team of chefs are highly trained in science, nutrition, and culinary arts. Our small class sizes guarantee a high degree of ‘hands-on’ experience during the class ensuring the most is achieved from every lesson.

Half day classes in Indian, Italian, Thai, or Knife Skills are £125 per 3hrs session. (AM or PM classes: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm or 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm).

One day classes in our full range of cuisines are £199 per day. (Running from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm)

Private classes in our full range of cuisines start from £1200 per day
