Cloves

Cloves are now widely used in cuisines from all over the world lending a warm, sweet and aromatic flavour in the pickling process, for stews and for infusions to meats and curries. Cloves also compliment fruits such as apples, pears, and rhubarb.

In spices blends, clove pairs well with cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, red wine, as well as onion, citrus peel, star anise, or peppercorns.

Our cloves are sourced from India and Madagascar.
