Now you can experience India’s varied and flavour-packed cuisine at first hand, and learn the entire cooking process for a number of dishes from start to finish in just a few hours.

In a world of Indian ready-meals and sauces claiming to be authentic there’s plenty of room for improvement – join us and we’ll show you how! We’ll give you a hands-on introduction to spice blending, so you have a complete understanding of the use of spices and the essence of Indian cookery. Dishes covered include chilli and fennel chicken kebabs, fish masala, Bombay potatoes and the ubiquitous raita.

No previous cooking knowledge is needed, just a desire to cook and learn!

Vegetarian options are also available.
