“I loved the class and the dishes we made. I don’t why I had such fixed ideas about Indian food – I’ve been stuck in a rut. It’s been refreshing to see how others cook and make it easy as well. My family loved all the dishes as well. Thank you again.”
I used Kumud’s recipes from the day for a family birthday celebration meal for 8 people and they went down very well!!! I don’t think I would have had the confidence to have attempted anything on that scale without having attended the course.
“The Indian cookery class was pitched at just the right level. The tutor was excellent and she delivered the class at a good pace whilst still answering all of our questions. It was an excellent morning – a great environment and good to be in a small group”
“My son and I attended the Indian cookery class up at The Cooking Academy. The class surpassed my expectation – the atmosphere and spirit was highly motivating and the chef just seemed to be a complete foodie. I would highly recommend this cookery school to anyone who really wants to learn to cook.”
