This class is entirely hands-on, so you will be rolling up your sleeves and will make your own fresh dishes such as:
- Fresh Pasta: Learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch using flour, eggs, and a little bit of elbow grease. How to knead and roll the dough and cut it into your desired shape.
- Red Chilli Pesto: Discover the secrets to making this spicy and flavourful sauce that’s perfect for adding to pasta or spreading on a slice of bread.
- Sauce Pizzaiola: Master the art of creating this classic tomato-based sauce that’s perfect for topping pasta or pizza. Learn how to balance the flavours and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
- Pizza in a Pan: Learn how to make a delicious and crispy pizza in a pan without needing a pizza stone or a wood-fired oven. You’ll start by making the dough from scratch and then adding your favourite toppings before baking it to perfection.
