In this class, you’ll learn to create dishes including:
- Classic Red (or Green) Curry Paste – a staple ingredient in Thailand cuisine, typically made with a blend of fresh herbs and spices. Red curry paste is usually spicier than green curry paste, which is milder.
- Thai Fish Cakes – a popular Thai snack or appetiser made with ground fish mixed with herbs and spices, then deep-fried until crispy.
- Red Chicken Curry with Bamboo Shoots – a Thai dish made with chicken cooked in a spicy red curry sauce containing ingredients like coconut milk, fish sauce, and bamboo shoots.
