Our expert chefs will guide and teach you in small groups, so you develop and practice with guidance, through the fundamentals of cooking, from knife skills to meal preparation that you can share with your family and friends.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to chop, slice, and dice like a pro. Also, master a range of cooking techniques, from boiling to frying to steaming. You’ll explore a variety of meats, vegetables, pulses, and grains, and discover how to cook them to perfection.

• Chicken Dhansak: A fragrant and spicy Indian curry that’s sure to impress. You’ll learn to balance the flavors of spices and herbs to create a delicious, warming meal.
