Dim sum consists of a variety of dumplings, steamed dishes and other goodies. In this class you’ll learn how to cook tasty dim sum favourites. So why visit a Chinese restaurant when you can make such deliciousness yourself! We will teach you how to create amazingly fresh, home-made recipes that will elevate your hosting skills forever.
You’ll learn to make mouth-watering dishes such as chicken satay, prawn toasts, pork and chive dumplings, chicken wonton and honey soy wings.
As always, we’ll give you lots of handy hints and tips to make it as easy as possible to whip up delicious Dim Sum in just minutes. We will use clean, fresh flavours to ensure you get the authentic taste of China.
