Exotic Moroccan, Lebanese and Persian cuisines have a strong influence on Middle Eastern cooking and our classes give you a chance to prepare and savour some of the region’s most vibrant and exciting dishes. You’ll learn how to blend an array of aromatic spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, saffron, and rich roasted cumin in order for you to create delicious and authentic Middle Eastern dishes.

In this class you will learn to create a selection of tasty dishes such as chicken tagine with dates and honey, aromatic lamb kibbie, beautiful pilaf rice with pine nuts and cumin, and of course – the most original baklava.

• Maximum of five people per course
• Includes lunch (cooked by you!) and wine, beer or soft drinks
• We provide all ingredients and equipment. All you need to provide is you!
