It can be difficult for vegetarians to ensure that they get enough of the essential proteins and nutrients that meat or fish provides. That’s why it is so important that vegetarian meals are nutritious yet still exciting: the idea of only eating vegetables can seem pretty dull! But it doesn’t have to be – in this class we will provide you with delicious, everyday supper recipes for vegetarians.

Some of the recipes you can expect to create in this class include walnut, sage and garlic pesto lasagne, aubergine parmigiana, spinach, leek and feta cheese pastries, and a butternut squash and chickpea tagine.

"I would like to thank you for a hugely enjoyable and informative day. My family really enjoyed the food I prepared; even my son Arthur who is autistic and very particular about food absolutely loved it. My wife who is pregnant thought the food was amazing. I don’t know if it was my cooking or your expert tuition, probably a bit of both, and thank you for your kind comments regarding my cooking. I'd be very interested to come back for one of your Thai courses and will be giving polite hints to relatives on the approach to Xmas and my birthday. Hope to see you again soon.”

"I just wanted to say thanks for a lovely experience today. It has sparked a much-needed bit of inspiration that I have been lacking. The presentation, the information and background and the recipes were all perfect!! I can't wait to get my spices and start delighting my family and friends."

Lynn Coleman

“The tutor was really knowledgeable about food of every kind. I’ve learnt so much in one day it’s incredible. Thank you for your encouragement and humour – I’ve had a really fun day. Can’t wait to do another day.”
