I recently attended the Comprehensive Indian Cookery Class, I would just like to start by saying what a fantastic two days I had. The class contained a lot more one to one than I expected which I found very helpful. I learnt so much in proper authentic Indian cooking and to be taught by someone who is so lovely and patient was an absolute pleasure.
