Vegetarian Cooking Class

It can be difficult for vegetarians to ensure that they get enough of the essential proteins and nutrients that meat or fish provides. That’s why it is so important that vegetarian meals are nutritious yet still exciting: the idea of only eating vegetables can seem pretty dull! But it doesn’t have to be – in this class we will provide you with delicious, everyday recipes for vegetarians as well as those of you who are not vegetarian but simply want to learn to cook meat free.

Some of the recipes you might expect to create in this class include walnut, sage and garlic pesto, butter bean and parsley dip, garlic and rosemary pitta chips,  lasagna, spinach, leek and feta cheese pastries, and a butternut squash and chickpea tagine.

This class is suitable for beginners, occasional cooks as well as everyday cooks.

"Thanks again for a lovely day yesterday, I have to say I don't often rave about things, so Lindsay, my wife, was surprised and pleased (as it was her gift to me) that I came back so enthused by the day. I have surprised myself with how much I got out of the day and how much I am looking forward to re-creating the dishes. Well done! You have a gift!"
