In this Vietnamese Cooking Class, you’ll prepare a selection of classic dishes such as:
- Fresh Vietnamese stir-fried rice: a classic dish bursting with flavour and texture.
- Vietnamese summer rolls: a fresh and healthy appetizer filled with crisp vegetables and herbs.
- Nuoc Cham dipping sauce: a versatile sauce that adds a tangy and spicy kick to any dish.
- Vietnamese Caramelized Fish Hot Pot: a hearty and flavourful seafood stew.
- Vietnamese lemongrass chicken: a fragrant and tender chicken dish infused with lemongrass and other aromatic spices.
- Savoury shrimp lollipops: a fun and creative dish that combines succulent shrimp with a crunchy coating.
Our cooking class is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
