The hotel offers a number of light and airy meeting rooms which can accommodate groups from 6 up to 120 delegates and is ideal for executives who are looking to break away from the office for a day. In the warmer months there are additional options for an impressive range of outdoor activities on and off the water. 6.15 pm ‘The Alchemy of Food’ presentation – the spice trail introduction to the ingredients and recipes, getting the group engaged in thinking about cookery
6.50 pm Project planning in teams – develop the winning strategy
7.00 pm Cookery begins
8.15 pm Stop Cooking! Present your dishes to the judges. Enjoy dinner with drinks
8.45 pm Review of the day and awards ceremony
9.00 pm Client departure
