Yes, most people can follow a recipe but Kumud coaches and instructs as to why you add the ingredients,  and in what order and why you wait until a certain stage is reached before adding the next ingredient. The reason you wait for the water to evaporate, why the seeds need to sizzle in the oil etc etc. The classes and instruction together with the volume food you bring home for the family or friends to share – the courses are excellent value.”
