The Cooking Academy attends the Real Food Festival
Thank you to those of you who supported us at the Real Food Festival, It was great to see familiar faces come and visit the stand and attend my presentations in the ‘Cookery Theatre’ . My presentation was on the subject matter of Herbs and spices – ‘Reasons to Season’ and many of you would be well versed with this introduction to spices.
This year the Real Food Festival was down on number form previous years. Two long weekends, a royal wedding and the prolonged economic downturn clearly played a part in keeping some of the fans away. You missed a great show, with lots of interesting food and producers selling their innovative products – including us!!!! The Cooking Academy launched its new range of spices at this years Real Food Festival. It proved to be the perfect platform for introducing this exciting new range of pure & blended spices. The products were very well received and we outsold our expectations, which is a great start.
